[Ada小廚] 教煮: 香茅棷子水煮青口

又到法國藍青口的季節,青口除左最常見白酒忌廉煮之外,用棷子水比較清而且冇噤「膩」。

做法非常之簡單,只需以下材料放入㷛内(香料要先拍扁),然後蓋上煲蓋,煮至水滾及青口殼全開便立即熄火,時間一般少於5分鐘。

同一方法可以煮蜆都好好味。

材料:

法國藍青口 1包(700g)

棷子水 2瓶

香茅 x2

檸檬葉 3-4塊

南薑 1小塊
