Foodie architect Ada is serious about gathering information for A Grade Kitchen!

In fact, setting up a food company is not easy. From applying for relevant licenses, registration, and contacting importers from various countries, it is already complicated enough. In addition, Ada has always had high standards for ingredients, but even higher standards for product hygiene, production supervision, and packaging. To give consumers more confidence, all "Handmade Hong Kong Flavors" products sold by Ada are handmade by Ada or Mother Cheng herself in a factory holding a food factory license.

To better understand regulatory procedures and the best methods for food preparation, foodie architect Ada also enrolled in the Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Supervisors recognized by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control (HACCP) certified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in the UK.
