Return and Exchange Policy

In general, food products are non-returnable.

[Product quality issues]

To ensure the safety of your goods, we strongly recommend that you unpack and inspect the goods upon receipt before signing. If you find any damage/incorrect item/missing item/quality issues during inspection, you may send an email to (email / WhatsApp) within 7 days of receipt, along with pictures of the faulty product. We will contact you to resolve the issue. If a return is agreed upon after consultation with our company, the buyer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs, but must ensure that the returned goods are complete. 

We will process your refund within 1-3 business days. If you have not received your refund 7 days after returning the item, please contact us via (email / WhatsApp) and we will investigate further.
